Abstraction Pink and Orange
Acrylic paint and fabric on canvas (stretched) 18" x 18"
In an attempt to recycle my children's jeans (and other fabric), and also wanting to find inexpensive methods of covering the surface of the painting, I was dragged into collage. By "dragged" what I mean is that I did not consciously and aesthetically consider this. The creases, lines, shadows that emerged were evidence of a power greater than me-ha!
